Q: I have received 2 order emails with different numbers, does this mean I have paid twice?
A: No, sometimes when orders are placed a duplicate entry is made in the system. This is usually due to a button being double clicked, or the use of the back button during checkout. Your order may be entered twice but your payment is not. Any duplicate orders are removed from the system.
Q: Do you ship to the USA or do you know anyone that does?
A: No, we only ship to countries within Europe.
Q: My ants arrived this morning and they are not doing much. Whats wrong with them?
A: This is perfectly normal, your ants will need time to settle in to their new home, please be patient with them.
Q: I have some spare Queen Ants / Colonies. Would you like to buy them?
A: We are always interested in buying ants, please let us know the species you have, quantity available and price and we will get back to you if we are interested.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are usually shipped same day, and usually arrive the folowing day. However please allow up to 2 weeks as in some cases there are delays with Royal Mail.
Q: I received an email saying my order had been shipped last week and it still has not arrived, where is it?
A: All orders are delivered using Royal Mail, in some cases orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered. If your order still has not arrived after this time please contact us.
