NOTE: We do NOT supply livestock to the USA or anywhere outside of Europe.

Shipping

You should recieve your order within 72 hours providing the item is in stock, although this can be upto 7 days depending upon delivery method. You should expect longer delivery times for destinations outside the United Kingdom. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail. You will also be charged for re-delivery if your order is returned to us by courier or Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address. 

Returns

Please note that we can only accept returned goods in their unopened original condition, including all accesories and packaging supplied with the product. We will not refund any shipping costs only the value of the item purchased, the costs of returning the item are incurred by the purchaser. Returns are not accepted on Livestock. Livestock

We guarantee the live arrival of all Queen ants, claims for loss of livestock will only be accepted if;

1.You have contacted us within 24 hours of the livestock arriving, after this time the conditions the livestock are kept in are out of our control.

2. The insects must be returned by 1st class post for inspection immediately.

We cannot be responsible for the mis-identification of an item of livestock. All livestock is identified to the best of our knowledge, refunds will not be accepted if the insect is identified wrongly. We cannot accept ANY returns on livestock.

Claims will not be accepted on worker ants, aslong as the queen is alive the colony will continue to grow.

Prices are charged at the listed price on that particular day, these are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
